Owned and operated by a registered Clinical Nurse with over 25 years nursing experience 𝘼𝙗𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙔𝙤𝙪 𝙃𝙚𝙖𝙡𝙩𝙝𝙘𝙖𝙧𝙚 & 𝙎𝙪𝙥𝙥𝙤𝙧𝙩 𝙎𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙞𝙘𝙚𝙨 offers NDIS, Health Promotions & Healthcare Support Services to Townsville and surrounding communities.
Committed to bringing the caring back into care and founded on person-centred support, 𝘼𝙗𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙔𝙤𝙪 𝙃𝙚𝙖𝙡𝙩𝙝𝙘𝙖𝙧𝙚 & 𝙎𝙪𝙥𝙥𝙤𝙧𝙩 𝙎𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙞𝙘𝙚𝙨 is ready to meet the needs of community across a number of Health, Home Care Visits, and Workplace Wellbeing needs as well as supporting individuals and their families to navigate the NDIS journey.
Very soon, 𝘼𝙗𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙔𝙤𝙪 𝙃𝙚𝙖𝙡𝙩𝙝𝙘𝙖𝙧𝙚 & 𝙎𝙪𝙥𝙥𝙤𝙧𝙩 𝙎𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙞𝙘𝙚𝙨 will be finalising NDIS Registered Provider status. Until that time, there's a range of support services available to individuals and families seeking assistance to navigate the NDIS journey.
In addition, 𝘼𝙗𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙔𝙤𝙪 𝙃𝙚𝙖𝙡𝙩𝙝𝙘𝙖𝙧𝙚 & 𝙎𝙪𝙥𝙥𝙤𝙧𝙩 𝙎𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙞𝙘𝙚𝙨 coordinates a full offering of health promotions to complement workplace wellbeing programs, which aims to boost productivity and inspire informed awareness for a healthy workplace.

Our corporate wellbeing services aim to boost productivity and inspire informed awareness when it comes to health and wellbeing in the workplace. Our information sessions and presentations are up-to-date and medically backed, covering a vast area of wellness and workplace health & support.
Additional support services include: diabetes checks, blood pressure checks, personal wellbeing and overall health checks.
